Wild Mongoo, offers free shipping on purchases over R1000 on Pet Range only.

Processing time for orders is around two days once your order is placed. Shipping is anywhere from 3-9 business days from the date it has been shipped out after your payment is authorized and verified. (This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays)  Please note, all orders have a processing time of 2-3 working days. Our custom products, such as ID tags (leather & metal) have a processing time of +- 10 working days.

Pick-up-in-store

We also offer in-store pick-up, except on weekends. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email informing your purchase is ready for pick-up.
