Tarnish Resistant 304 Stainless Steel Cable Chain Necklace 59.9cm in Silver and Gold. Each necklace features a durable lobster claw clasp, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. For added versatility, a stainless steel chain extender allows you to adjust the length by an additional 5cm to suit your preference.

Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping in RSA for orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a R120 shipping fee will apply. Excluding pet beds.
Delivery to main towns and city centres will take 4 – 5 working days. Outlying areas 5 – 6 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.
All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.You’re welcome to email us on hello@wildmongoo.com if you’re needing any assistance

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS

Wild Mongoo is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your product. However if you change your mind you are entitled to a refund or voucher code within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

The below requirements must be met:

  • Proof of purchase must be included
  • Item in original condition, unused and in original packaging
  • Email your return request to hello@wildmongoo.com and once authorised we will arrange a collection and a refund or voucher

Please Note:

  • Returning a product will be at the customer's own expense unless there is a problem with the product quality. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5 business day of Wild Mongoo receiving the return parcel. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for bank processing timelines.
Any goods purchased on promotion will be subject to a handling & admin fee of R150 on return. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
